Therian stuff
I've been finding a lot more therian/otherkin on Mastodon than I ever did on Twitter and that's great. It makes me feel not so alone or "crazy" in the way I feel about myself.
It also makes me reflect on things more. I've gotten in the habit of "drowning myself out" to avoid the pain of dysphoria and get through the day, but honestly that just ends up causing anxiety or depression in one way or another. I want to meditate more, try to take control of myself instead.
