Defining a language in a language of languages which recognizes a definition of a language and generates text to recognize and generate that defined language in many other languages

.....so Turing machines are equivalent to type 0 languages, right? and a TM can emulate any other TM?? soooo this kinda makes sense from a theory of computation standpoint....

@grainloom well in this case the language defined in the language of languages is only for recognizing a non Turing complete language
