So if this first-party tweet is of any indication, one of the runners (SHiFT) was being harassed a lot by some user, and said user went on to the runner's chat to mock Etika. They promptly got told off...
...and GDQ banned their run from happening. What in the hell?
Please tell me if I'm missing some crucial detail, this seems appalling with the info given thus far.

Considering how GDQ deals with harassment, this seems ass backwards to me, and makes them fall flat on their face with their stance on harassment.
And that's why I'm wondering if the full story isn't being spoken here, but thus far I don't see another side to this. There have been plenty a times when GDQ banned someone, and that someone didn't provide the full story to support their side.
However this case doesn't seem to have the same structural weaknesses as those other stories, especially considering who this person seems to be.
Hoping this gets resolved quick, cause this suuuucks dude.

@EeveeDefender I suppose this one boils down to what precisely he said in retaliation. And I don't know anything about this runner.
They might be on full alert due to other reports in the past few days and have jumped the gun as a result, too.
