Emotional instability (-)

Anyone else afraid of their own emotions? Because I sure am not.

Jokes aside though, I am the fuck scared of my own emotions, because it means losing control and control is the only thing I have left.

I did bad things when I let my emotions run free. I hurt people, I did stuff I regretted.

Suicidal thoughts creep in when I get emotional.
I don't like any of those, at all.

I just want to be good, but maybe the real me can't? I don't know.

Emotional instability (-)

@maxinered I don't talk about it very often, but I know I've mentioned it. The reason I do not watch movies and such alone is because it is passive, it gives me too much time to think and with time to think comes time for thoughts to drift to the bad side, that's why I am pretty much always doing *something* to keep myself occupied.

Still, dark thoughts or not, emotions come in many flavours and I certainly wouldn't give up my good ones to get rid of the bad.
