today marks the start of my first ever go at managing my SAD - hoping light therapy and vitamin d supplements will keep me from suffering too much!
figured id keep track of how i was feeling, so i can convince myself it's working. no major change yet, but it's day 1 and im trying to get ahead of the curve anyways

almost a week later and i definitely feel some improvements. i still feel dulled, but it's not oppressive anymore - i can focus again
also wild result, without SAD dragging me down i do a better job at presenting the way i want to, so that's nice
