it's okay to feel sad or be upset at a particular thing, but I don't like the idea of being a Debbie Downer. Often keep mum, and handle it on my own.
however, with the CW feature on Mastodon maybe I could try opening up. Would like to know people's thoughts on a good, universally understood tag for depressive thoights, but which won't hop onto the suicide trigger warnings.
