The best art compliment I've gotten to date I think was when @Draekos told me I drew stuff wrong but in a way that *felt* right and suddenly I just felt that whole burden of trying to be realistic and accurate and get things Objectively Right get heckin' kamehameha'd into the sun and nowadays I do a lot more "that's not right but I don't care 'cause I like it more that way" and my arts objectively improved for it
Wow, I mean, I think I said it a bit more politely than that? XD
But also, fuck I wish I could internalize that myself <_< I'm in awe of your work, every little doodle, and AAAA fuck I'd like my brain to accept that leap too

it's something that I had thrown at my face a bunch in college but it's like, one of the harder things to really internalize and idk why but the way and when you said it made it actually stick through my dense skull for once!!!
