We cancelled our appointment for our Endo so our carer could have a day off. Instead they do 3 other appointments. We have to wait 5 months for our next appointment when for the other 3 they could wait days or a week at most for another appointment.
We yelled at our Carer for it and they refused to make life easier by doing the appointment some place else and it ended up with them slamming the phone on us.
