A Gentle Reminder 

Don’t forget to make time for yourself. This year has swept up on so many of us, and it’s important that we make time for self care. Without that care we cannot be our best selves, only pale imitations struggling through life.

So take a minute to meditate. Go walk on the beach or in a forest glade. Ride a bike or see a movie you love. Replay a favorite video game. The world will still be here when you get back, and you’ll be in a better shape to handle it because you rested.
