It's so weird that dungeons and dragons video games just kinda. Stopped. Around 2009, aside from a couple MMOs.

iirc it was more a custom system with D&D branding than similarity to the tabletop game (But if you're including the MMOs then this should count too)
2016 saw a new expansion to an enhanced remake of Baldur's Gate, if you want to count that. en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Baldur iirc that was much closer to tabletop D&D rules.

@Mycroft I guess Siege of Dragonspear does count as a counter-example! I think what I find most surprising, though, is that there isn't a faithful translation of 4e's mechanics into video game format, considering its reputation as being so Tactics-like.
