It’s also why I like the film version of Wonder Woman more than Black Widow. Black Widow has tiny guns, witty quips, and kick ass spy stuff, which is fun, but WW stands for stuff like Truth and Love that’s easy for masculinity to brush aside. Those feminine qualities are not weakness, they are strength.

I think what I mean to say is that good representation isn’t about high power levels. T’challa isn’t interesting because he can keep up with Captain America in a fistfight, he’s interesting because he affirms the values of African traditions, earnestly, with human flaws. His portrayal says “hey: you exist and you deserve to play in this fantasy, too.”
https://www.twitch.tv/commachameleon/ It's time to finish Jak 3. For real this time.

Can't wait for the PC version of the Master Chief Collection https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bnVUHWCynig
Final Fantasy Dissidia NT free-to-play thing
It's okay if you think about it as a mecha fighting game. These characters absolutely do not move the way you'd expect skinny men with swords to move. There don't seem to be many people playing; match queue is long. Menus are very bad. You will have to grind to unlock all the stuff you need to be on a level playing field.
@curls Just to follow up: Battle for Middle Earth definitely belongs on here for the C&C connection and the EA_Spouse labor lawsuit.
I think I'll skip EndWar since it got mixed reviews and poor sales (although it's still cool if it's a game you like!)
@curls I started with lists of critically acclaimed or popular strategy games and then dove into Wikipedia to try to find out what influenced them. After a certain point I try to make sure there’s at least one game a year. Plus I included some of my favorites!
I’ll check out those two games to see if they should go on the list...
Like "I want to increase that percentage and fight the algorithm" but "oh no what if somebody reads this"
