For my generation, it's growing up in a world where all the adults who are supposed to be in control and making Good Decisions are lead poisoned from the Gasoline and were told by the TeeVee that if they were just Good Boys and Girls, bought the right products and lived a Clean Life...

Thet they'd live forever, have the 2.5 kids and the nice house, nice car, and live forever. :| And still don't believe that there's been a secret war on anyone who Dared to be different in any way.

@azushark It can be done, totally! The biggest contributors are Diet and eating habits.
And by that I mean, 'Avoid anything industrial, ready to eat, or more than two steps removed from the original food.' and 'No stress eating or high fructose corn syrup'.
I think you look lovely and round now, but I, uh, totally understand about wanting to drop a bunch of weight to feel better about yourself.
Just don't do it too fast, or you'll start getting hunger hallucinations and your other alts will have an easier time crossing over, talking to you or otherwise making their presence known.
