Androgen insensitivity and/or androgen intolerance is a real thing, and getting on HRT can have all sorts of weird side effects if you're Intersex.
And the Dysphoria is different too. I love my Body, I just wish it loved me back.

Big leather belts connecting individual tools and machines to a single big lineshaft. The mill buildings here still have Big holes in the oak floors for running machines off the next floor up's Line-Shaft
