Identify their abusive patterns.
Find ways of turning their actions against them. Make them feel Gross that their first reactions are Negative or Hurtful.
They control others thru Punishment, Pain, and emotional trampling. Show that you cannot be controlled. Subject them to the same treatment.
Treat others as you wish to be treated: If you were being Abusive, you'd wanna be smacked down and made to confront your own bad behavior Too.
