Was looking around at potential upgrades, since my PC is 6 years old, and I'm starting to feel the limit of 8gb of ram. Turns out there's nothing to be done except replace cpu/mobo/ram for over $400 with only marginal improvement except added ram capacity. Toooootally not worth it.

Saturday plans: nothing, and lots of it.

Yay, work week over! And no Saturday overtime! Don't know if I want to go to bed early to get started on my exciting weekend plans.

There are a lot of concepts I've known about and am running into lately that I can't fully comprehend enough to have opinions on. Like, I can try to research it to educate myself on it, but on the way in it gets kinda jumbled up or starts falling out again before I can get the whole picture.

There's this big roll-up door in the warehouse factory I work in that's not often used. Today it was open for ventilation. When I walked past, I could see bright blue sky. Cool spring air, with a touch of chill just enough to counter act the warmth of sun on skin. At the edge of the unused parking lot, a chain-link fence, then open grass field bordering the woods.

I had to turn back, back to the heat and the grease and the black dust of the factory. Back to work.

My first (and so far only) Transformers OC was a hard drive. In robot mode, it used the read/write head array as a claw weapon, and a platter as a shield. I have a bad sketch somewhere.
