On Longing, species dysphoria
I have grown with the bittersweet feeling. It is odd to love something that sometimes hurts so much, but i love who we are.
I will always try to being it all closer together. It’s what i’m here for. I’m lucky enough to have helped many folks, and I don’t plan on stopping.
So i will absolutely seek out opportunities with others to feel vivid, and seen. It is who i am, and i KNOW what being seen does to our otherworld hearts.

On Longing
We are dusty travelers for various different reasons all homesick at times in an unfamiliar place.
These nights i always want to sit out and watch the stars and just… talk about our homes. To share and hold each other softly and to focus on Seeing each other.
It is the sort of self care i have come to realize that i need.
On Longing
It’s been a night of saudade. We long to feel ourselves and our homes.
Sometimes it’s not enough to say that we bring home with us here, or that we are who we are inside.
That’s allowed to not be enough, and we’re allowed to have moments of intense emotional longing. It’s okay. It will pass.

Sharks, new findings
The bonnethead shark, a relative of the Hammerhead shark, has just been found to have a diet consisting mostly of sea grass!
We've known for some time they eat a great deal of the stuff, but the scientists proved that they actually digested it and used it in the upkeep of their bodies.
They did this by analyzing the sharks gut enzymes, and feeding them a special seagrass diet labeled with a particular carbon isotope that they could then find in the sharks cells. The sharks digest sea grass about as well as green sea turtles!
