@Maiasma Whooooo wants to help me build a set this weekend? :D

Here's my loadout thoughts:

Girros Hammer II
Vespoid Helm A
Rathalos Mail A
Vespoid Vambraces A
Rathalos Greaves A
KO Charm

Opinion?

@PaulFerence I think you should also wear some waist armor

@PaulFerence and the Rathalos Mail should be B instead of A, but otherwise that seems like a good pre-Elder Dragon set!

@PaulFerence (a 4-piece Diablos set would also work well, if you don't mind hunting a lot of Diabloses)

@PaulFerence To answer your original question, I'll be very up for hunting tomorrow

@Maiasma I have a haircut appt at 1, but other than that, I'm clear on my day. And yeah, you're right on the Beta. The Waist armor is more of a BIS thing.

@PaulFerence something worth considering would be taking the Girros A waist and replacing the Vespoid A helm with either of the Rath Soul helms to buff your critical damage while keeping Paralysis Attack at 3

@Maiasma I haven't even seen a Rath Soul yet. I figured I'd keep it to monsters I'm currently encountering. :- b

@PaulFerence I think there's a decent chance you'll come across one while getting that Rathalos armor

@PaulFerence (apparently boosting crit chance without also boosting crit damage isn't particularly good, hence the helmet suggestion)

@PaulFerence oh, I don't know what you're wearing currently but it might be worthwhile to get a set of mid-tier HR armor if you aren't wearing HR armor already, because HR Rathaloses and Diabloses are nasty

@Maiasma That's part of why I was starting with the Vespoid stuff. :)
