Sleep, Asking for Advice 

Friends, I have been TERRIBLE at sleeping properly these last few weeks and could use some advice on sleep hygiene. I know a lot of the basics: no backlit screens after like half an hour before you want to go to sleep, turn all the lights off, that sort of thing. So advice in that vein is fine, but what I'm specifically looking for is:

How to keep myself out of my bed until it is time to actually go to sleep. It is one of the Most Comfy places in my house, unfortunately.

@hummingrain Invest in a C Shaped pillow- they're GREAT for position correction, and also make GREAT cushions to move to the couch, even the floor in lieu of the bed! amazon.com/PharMeDoc-Pregnancy I have this one and it's seriously changed my sleep-life.

I have Ehlers Danlos so for comfort? Yeah, I'm picky and this thing helps!
