Coworker broke my glasses so I just spent fifteen minutes looking up FSA shit to see if they're covered.

Fucking Lasik is covered, but not menstrual hygiene products. I expected as much, but it still appalls me.

They're not optional. People can get infections from lack of proper menstrual care/products. They ARE medically necessary and should be covered.

Client sent a throat swab, marked the source as nasal, but ordered a urine culture.

I'm demi but I'm still fucking trans so I'm still LGBTQIA, but go the fuck off I guess, you piece of shit.

It doesn't help I can't get a debt consolidation loan, I've tried. On top of that, I will never be able to afford top surgery and my dysphoria gets worse every day, I'm sick as fuck with a million different things so a second job is out of the question, and I have no support network here and I feel utterly alone, unwanted, a failure and useless.

I was planning on transferring to MD because I'm drowning in debt and my wages are being garnished and I barely can pay rent, let alone feed myself, but I'm not in enough debt to claim bankruptcy and I'd lose my car.

My friend offered to let me move in to help me but I didn't get the transfer, and I can't afford to move anyway and I'm seriously on the verge of being evicted, and I'm close to ending my life because I can't do this anymore.

An addendum to my toot about food safety- IS some level of inspection going on, I'm still digging for unbiased sources, but just from the medical end of things, TX is seeing an uptick in tests for E Coli, Giardia,C Diff and Salmonella, many of which are food related.

There's still SOME inspections going on after I poked online a bit, but there's no guarantee that will continue if this shutdown goes on as long as the orange dictator wants it to.

So hey, folks in the US, be careful what you eat right now, since our food isn't being inspected. We're already seeing an uptick of tests for salmonella and e.coli at the lab I work for.
