I mean, I know an extra 20k is nothing on the internet now, but I grew up with dialup and this just seems absurd

I especially hate bezel-less devices because like, a tiny bump that hits a key stress point like a corner might shatter edge-to-edge glass, but would barely scuff a metal or sufficiently tough plastic bezel

@ArrBianca I've got heavy, heavy nostalgia for the old DOS sound hardware I grew up with, is all. Consoles were a smaller part of that. But hardware audio rendering always seems like such cool black magic to me.
