With difficulty. I even went back into bed for a bit and stared at my phone for a solid hour. But I got tired of hearing my parents being loud so I made myself get dressed and leave.
I've temporarily moved back in with my folks (really, it's temporary, I swear), so they're a good motivator for going out and doing things.
