@erinbee Gross but brilliant
@erinbee Isn't it? I'm really really lucky to have moved here. :3
@Ratttz oooh smart thinking
Pretty much! Though the pool at our apartment does overflow a little.
It really is! I can just go for a nice walk or jog by the water and calm down.
It doesn't get too bad. The town is very hilly so most of it (my place included) is at a safe elevation.
I live a few blocks from the water myself, but it's just a few blocks.
I mean, gosh.
(Staircase because I like it)
It's a Delta that leads to the Pacific ocean, but yes!
My town is definitely *not* lacking for adorable small businesses.
I just walked town, bought the newer paper girls from the comic book store (whose owners I jog with on Sundays), a present for my mom from the bookstore my roommate works at, and a coffee from one of the several small bakeries downtown.

Sara, are you still interested in learning lockpicking? Maybe you two can chat. :3
@bogpunk Thank you!! <3 <3

Ah, that's fair. The show does have silly montages with the main character prepping people's brains in various fun recipes so they're tastier for her. It's silly, but if people-eating isn't your thing, that won't work.
Hmmmm... Last really "fun and colorful and slightly weird" show I remember liking was Pushing Daisies. It's very twee though, so idk if that's your thing.
Appearance -, advice?
That's totally fair. And in all honesty I'd rather date someone who was demi ANYWAY, so worrying about being attractive to people who prioritize physical appearance shouldn't be a goal of mine.... but I still get stuck on it from time to time.
It's the whole "cultural beauty norms are silly, but advertising sure is effective, isn't it?"
But you're absolutely right. And just now even strangers on masto have told me I'm cute, which is amazing and unexpected.
