So my dad has this tendency to be really verbally explosive in his anger. It's annoying at best, intimidating at worst.

I'm considering taking ABC data (a type of behavior observation wherein I record the antecedent (precursor), behavior, and consequence) when he does this to determine the function of his outbursts. My guess is attention but I don't know.

I don't think I can do this w/o bias (or even should) but I'm also just super curious.

Everything I bought was (unintentionally) vegan & gluten free. They make plant-based diets pretty easy.

I also spent about $40 more than I would have at trader Joe's.
