My fortune cookie was empty, how unfortunate.

I ordered three rolls of tasty sushi.

I had a low potency edible which should be enough to calm my mind some.

Should be an okay evening. ^^

The biggest challenge for me in the desert, besides the dry and and heat, is that it makes it difficult for me to do much spiritual work on a personal scale.

I feel detatchment from the environment and in turn find it hard to actually maintain focus or draw enough familiarity to really explore past life stuff.

Does anyone else still/ever walk on the balls of their feet, in a digitigrade posture? >.-.>

I do when left to my own devices, and idly wonder, since I've done it since a child, if it contributed to my 'flat footededness'

Sometimes things can feel overwhelming, and goals can seem insurmountable.

But that's okay, because you can conquer it, even if you have to take a day, or a week, or sometimes even a month or a year off to come back to it. You will defeat the thing!

Welp, found a scorpion in my house.

Time to be paranoid for the rest of the night. (Mostly kidding, scorpions I've learned aren't -that- scary and are apparently good for the environment ^^)

Depression creeping up over the last week because time of year. Bad things happened fairly often this time of the year

But you know what? I'm not going to let my brain win this time. Things are good, I have a lot going for me, a lot to look forward to, and an amazing partner.

So you know what? To hell with you brain, I'm going to spite you by making sure this time of the year ROCKS.
