Sitting here watching true crime and continuing to correlate my own fears of "being insane" and taking meds to the depictions of horrific things that happen to unchecked poor mental health states. I'm literally fearing rn that I'm "gonna go crazy" someday because I'm on meds as insane as this sounds. I hate these thoughts.
@iBolt07 *hugs tight* as someone who also takes these sorts of meds I understand your worries and concerns. I have had these fears as well. Its important to remember the types of people on these shows are an extreme minority and get focus for a number of exhausting reasons
@iBolt07 I am glad you havent had those sorts of thoughts in a good long while. May it remain so!
@ZiaMacPine I'm glad to hear that you relate. I get these ideations a lot of unrealistic things but start feeling the genuine fear that they could become real, even though it's irrational :/ just a big circle of overthinking. Thankfully I've not had it dissociation or panic attack in several months.
