I like that the Aes Sedai are shown as the story progresses to not be as wise or as powerful as they want to believe. They have strength due to their organization, history, and research but their own infighting and bias undercuts them.

Finding the Kin, the Windfinders, and the Wise Ones have their own organization and power has been cool. Still I would have enjoyed seeing that their teaching methods let different types of learners thrive and more of their differences. The wise ones are the only ones that get that sort of development

Still there is much to unpack in how often Aes Sedae are magically compelled into servitude or control by men. I might be wrong but it feels to me like Robert Jordan feeling this powerful organization of women needed to be "put in their place"
