I wish I had taken a picture of it, but this parsley was encased in ice during last week’s storm. I was certain it would die. But no, here it is, living its best life in today’s 74F (!) weather.
@mageuzi plants are a lot more durable then we realize. The roots are often key
@ZiaMacPine For sure. I should have mentioned this too, but when we had a hard freeze back in December, the parsley leaves froze and wilted. But because of the good roots, it grew back to what you see in the photo. I was expecting the same thing to happen this time. But the leaves survived!
