Has anyone heard of someone making an analog electronic musical instrument that's powered only by the physical motion of the person playing it? Like a regular instrument. Like a keyboard where hitting a key generates a current in a resonant circuit through moving a magnet or a hammer hitting something piezoelectric and it loses its energy through a speaker or something.

@Lacci I don’t know of one, but I wonder if handbells might be a good instrument to base this on. Heavier bells have to be carefully muted during certain pieces because otherwise they keep building up energy as they’re rung and will just keep ringing. More mass, more inertia.
