I was this weekend old when I realised the time it takes to chop things for a salad is also the time it takes to nuke a baked potato. Big salads with a skin-on spud (or sweetie) and a bit of oil score lots of heart points. And it's lazy!

Good article on #cycling culture. Notable are the lack of special clothes for utility riding, and the link between commuting and public transport.
