@Elizafox this used to be me tbh. it stemmed from generally being sheltered and also not understanding how deep systemic bigotries run, keeping a true meritocracy impossible. but then I went to college and met ppl outside my home town and grew up.

@thefishcrow ty 😊 the current debate is Mint comes more user friendly right out of the box, but I'm more familiar with debian. So i know what i'm doing but might have to do more to make it usable for me.
Linux mint or debian linux? I like a GUI sometimes but awesome wm is cool too. Gotta ditch windows but scared to make the switch tbh
