If someone ever says that an anarchist (not someone who just uses the ideology, but believes in it) would be a fascist, then you know that person knows nothing.
By definition an anarchist can't be a fascist.
Fascists need a strict hierarchy without (or as little as possible) social movement in it. And the top will narrow over time.
Anarchists want to rid of hierarchies in large and have everyone as equal as possible.
So you can't get much more opposing ideologies.
