@garbados If you're dealing with any kind of trauma, I feel like this advice is technically kind of a cop out. Technically it's true, but a lot of the time having better coping skills, especially ones that deal with emotional regulation and dealing with destress, requires having a space where you can be distress free long enough to practice being chill.

It's not like oppressive structures are going to be super accommodating about shit like that.

I feel like the lefty answer is to build communities that help socialize burdens, but none of that is easy either.
