i haven't prepped my meds in weeks. day to day, it's always a rushed, last minute process that helps make me late for things.

so, I finally prepped 3 weeks of meds today. it took over two hours, and i cried in the middle. but it is done.

it was frustrating, but then I thought about it a little.

a day of meds for me is 22 different doses of prescriptions and recommended supplements totaling 38 pills. 21 days of meds totals just under 800 pills to sort and group. just yikes, folks.
