big mood: sleep deprived from med changes, filling in long term disability forms, and budgeting around "inelegible" medical expenses.

evidently something unsavory went down in twin peaks part 5. disappointing if true

can't sleep again. it makes everything worse. sleep was my refuge. now i'm barely doing my selfcare. not even on-line much, just enough to see ppl's lives go by. i hate my body, and i can't derive any pleasure from it.

i guess another med change might be in order. what is even the point. i'm just a drain.

going to try this sleep thing again. still trying to figure out my meds, so it's an adventure.

i don't make anything anymore. i don't read anything anymore. i barely exist. i think maybe i shouldn't.

i have the tiniest candle of hope that labor will pull off an upset next week.

My med change isn't going great, and today is my final evaluation before my fmla runs out. I suspect I am going to lose my job. I'll probably apply for long term disability, but I'm not sure I'll qualify.

It was a good job. It helped us get into a little house, get in a little less debt, and help some of my friends. I wish I could have hacked it, but I feel really broken right now.

Anyway I haven't had the energy to do much except watch the world crumble. I hope ppl here are OK. 1/
