Read a thread about how piracy hurts small creators and Got Angry.
In my experience, piracy *doesn't* hurt small creators, because I've never met *anyone* whose thought process was "pirate instead of buying" rather than "pirate because you can't buy". It's always been the latter, and the evidence of Netflix backs this idea up; piracy dropped when people could experience movies affordably, and picked back up when the proliferation of exclusive streaming services destroyed that.

@ctrlaltdog@chitter.xyz do you know anyone who is a diabetic? likely the fastest/cheapest way to check you blood sugar would be to use their blood glucose monitor. other than that, you should look into keto test sticks, as untreated diabetes tends to generate high keto levels.
