I got diagnosed with ADHD a couple of weeks ago and idk I feel like since then everything has gone a bit fucky

I'm so tired and unmotivated and I don't want to do do anything. I've got a ton of chores I need to do but my brain won't work. I can't even cook rn even though proper food usually helps. Idk what to do
