heh. I had whipped cream on my tea, and smallish portions of several other more protein-based and less sugar-based foods, and read a bit, and I'm feeling better. and now, the Stuff I Need To Do:

* wash dishes
* shower

* take out trash
* maybe prep foodstuff for dinner-making? idk
