at the end I really *really* wanted T'Challa to tell Erik (Killmonger) something like "you know, I agree with some of what you said--we can maybe save you, and you have such a strong spirit, and we could use some of your ideas except maybe not all the murdering." like he didn't even acknowledge any of that, just "welp here's Wakanda, you lost and now you get to die, sucks to be you bud."

mentioned the idea to Spouse (about T'Challa/Erik, not Shuri, he knows about that) and he said "yeah but that's not the way T'Challa works. That's more of a Captain America thing." I said "Yeah... Cap and Bucky, sitting on the car talking about their feelings at the end of every episode OH GOD THEY'RE A SUPERNATURAL AU AREN'T THEY" (except without the incest I guess)

also last night after the second end credits scene somebody in the audience actually *yelled* "Bucky!" and EVERYBODY LAUGHED. like YES WE KNOW IT'S BUCKY, CALM DOWN.
