@indi As someone who spent a couple of summers there, I gotta say it was always impressive. You never really forget seeing the big statues looming over you as you walk in or the really comfortable surroundings in the basement area.
That said, I think Mox really does a good job of being a successor to that feel in a lot of aspects. It’s an imperfect recreation, but it’s pretty close.
@indi I like going to them as a place to eat (Cause their food’s pretty great). Their east side location really stepped up its game for posh layouts (and has a rentable speakeasy room accessible through a bookshelf door).
