Things I cooked really well today:
-a 16-pound stuffed turkey
-'dry' stuffing (with broth, eggs, and butter)
-turkey gravy
-12 heads of roasted garlic
-roasted garlic and caramelized onion mashed potatoes
-green beans amandine

Chop off the top of a head of garlic.
Wrap in foil, leaving the top open, and place in a muffin tin.
Drizzle with olive oil, pinch of salt.
Close foil overtop garlic. Repeat for all heads.
Roast for 30-45 mins at 400F.
Let cool, squeeze out, and enjoy! Goes wonderfully with mashed potatoes or spread on toast. https://awoo.space/media/qkX-fcIVetvPA7NCzg4

Hi lovelies. My face is all messed up from electro and I'm still a bit buzzed from the adrenaline but otherwise I'm good. I road trip down to see my mama tonight.

@djwaglmuffin@mastodon.art That's the thing, is that I don't use picarto mainly because I don't stream my dev work or writing or whatever, just when I play games. Twitch has been good :)
