Microsoft are sticklers when it comes to licences and refurbishers. If you do it wrong, it opens you up to civil trouble, if not out right crinimal trouble. Irrespective if you agree with them or not, if you're registered with them, it's worth taking the time to do it properly, otherwise, don't bother!
