Another day, another bunch of ideation. I don't get it. How can I go from feeling so good to feeling so bad so quickly? I feel like that alone contributes to the ideation: like, if I could just reliably feel bad, that'd be preferable to this rapid cycling, 'cause as it is, I just want out of it so bad :P
