Most forms of online puritanism are provably cons. TERFs taught the concept of 'autogynephilia' to an entire generation of kids online to 'prove' that any person who experiences sexual attraction to the idea of themselves as female MUST be doing it for bad faith reasons.

I love playing +R, but gooosssh I can feel the small audience and years people have been playing this game in the inconsistent ranked matchmaking. I absolutely cannot wait for Strive to come out. It's practically guaranteed to have a large (starting) audience, the rollback will extend the amount of people I can consistently play with, and it'll be relatively new for everyone, smoothing out that matchmaking experience.
The best (relative) time to get into a new fighting game is within the first two weeks, and I want to make sure I get some gooooood time in.
