oh balls, I thought I was going to be able to go through this whole day without that one end user calling 'again' about their missing excel file they moved and/or deleted and claim someone else is hacking their computer...no....no it is not a hacker. #talesfromanITbitch
@Nighteyes Working at a game store where people can come in and play means I get to hear "They must be hacking!" almost every time someone's doing bad at an online game
