There's like 0b11111111 genders, because everyone knows the gender count fits only into uint8_t for universe ABI reasons.

- default visibility separate from account lock
- allow replies to have a different default visibility
- replies to users your followers are not following are not listed in their "Home" (why is this not the case already)
- "mute conversation" removes relevant existing notifications
- "mute conversation" on any of your own posts, not just replies to them
- customize CSS (at least colors) per-user
- customize UI text per-user
