This is the first time I've ever had a flight this late in the afternoon. It kinda sucks.

re: Social interaction

@MaceLikeSpace@meow.social When in doubt, yeen it out.

I really love mastodons content warnings. The more I've been around them, the more I love them.

I called my hyena girl a lesbi-yeen in that last piece of art I posted, but really she's a bite-sexual.

A guy on my staff is one of those "gonna power through it" when they're sick kinda ppl... And it makes me want to punch him lol

Pls don't get everyone else sick with your macho bullshit UGH

Curious how it's going over on that other social network some people have been flocking to lately.

...oh

@mechanicalotter It's called "the quantity of desire". There's a lot of really great character work in it. And the audiobook is stellar, it's got some amazing voice acting. The audio quality is a bit scratchy in places, but it's been an amazing listen/read.

Huh, I was not expecting this minotaur book to have so much LGBTQ polyamorous druid commune content.

@BoozyBadger *calm nature documentary voice* the badger will now return to its burrow with the food it hunted

A few days ago my wife found a #tweet asking why we don't call #olives "Greece's Pieces" and I still haven't recovered.

Skijoring: the sport of X-C skiing while being pulled by "wolves on strings".

Art by Keovi (who I don't think is on Mastodon), ca 2014. We'd been chatting at a con (probably Further Confusion) about skijoring & described how deer we encounter likely saw our huskies as vicious wolves on strings, rather than the charming fluffy goofballs that we know them to be. She later gifted us with this sketch.
