look at this!! i drew the first picture around the same time last year, in 2018. and i drew the second one just now. almost same posture, position, everything, except for the themes.

it sent a chill up my spine when i remembered the older art. i didn't even think about the similarity until now

(that vent art i did turned out to be incredibly cool daaaamn)

aaaaargh my tattoo is vaguely itchy

it's been itchy for a week but aaaa i can't wait to finally be able to scratch it someday

it's really fascinating to look at though, it seems to be healing exactly like scarred tissue which makes sense

the skin's still peeling bleh

top surgery probably won't feel like this at all.

i've done an ungodly amount of research on top surgery, so i kind of know what to expect, but it won't be that at all. not until i'm in the moment. not until i actually experience it.

just like how i looked forward to all of those other things that i hadn't experienced yet in the past

the act of experiencing life is so beautiful.

i'm kind of surprised that it... feels so natural? i thought it'd feel off, but it really doesn't. it feels like a part of me.

people keep being surprised that i chose to get such a big tattoo for my first tattoo (it's all over my shoulder and upper arm!!), but to me it feels perfect ​

the skin where my new tattoo is, is flaking a lot, or well, i guess it's scabbing and then flaking very quickly

day six of having a tattoo!! and taking care of it! people who see it are saying it looks really good and that it seems like i'm taking care of it so go me!

i really feel like i've made a very good decision here, i love my tattoo and i'm glad that the tattoo artist did a v good job
