yes, in the specifics of Jasonafex, I would personally ban him from an instance I'm a moderator of. His behavior is well documented and by that I would consider his presence a threat. Much like the Goldeneye runner who was suspended from GDQ.
But it's not like we can pretend that this hasn't also been an implicit justification of witch-hunting. And, not to point fingers, but from snouts particularly that's personally concerning to me. And I have lingering distrust that folks there are really acting in the best interest of fedi.

It sucks feeling like I'm make a stand that appears to be in defense of a dipshit like Jasonafex. But I still don't trust this witch-hunting shit that came over from Twitter months ago, at all.
