covid self, asking for advice
So, assuming I have mild respiratory symptoms, is it a good idea to go outside for a walk to get my heart rate going a bit? I don't want to exacerbate anything just for trying to do something healthy.
re: covid self, asking for advice
@EvaSkeeva this is exactly the problem, AFAICT in my area there were not tests available and still aren't. the person I was in contact with was not able to get a test despite the doctor believing they have it.
the only thing I have is tightness in my chest not unlike anxiety, recurring every few days
re: covid self, asking for advice
hmmm....well, I guess if you have no recourse then you can keep doing what you are doing...maybe start monitoring your temperature a couple times a day..if you already have respiratory issues then monitor a vector that would not be usual. It will take some of the anxiety away...but if you combine the two symptoms then you would be for sure sent to the top of a test queue.

@shaderphantom
if you are have a dry cough OR sore throat OR fever OR shortness of breath...note the OR operator....
you should call your local COVID-19 hotline...the symptoms vary...right now with more tests available people are encouraged to be tested.
