ironically, furry, a supposedly liberating identity subculture, brings out the absolute worst hateful and spiteful tendencies of humanity for no reason at all than that it is essentially just a consumer hierarchy that happens to not rely on corporations to function

@shaderphantom Surprisingly, much like implying playing a certain video game means you're indelibly part of a "community" and must be a citizen within it, implying liking a certain style of art means you're in an identical kind of community and all your interactions in this thing must take place through its moral and social structure is a Bad Idea.
to that end, Furry™ does not cease to embarrass itself on the public stage over petty squabbles turned into massive flamewars
